JSC “NRD” development and implementation procedures are certified according to EN ISO 9001:2008.

The quality assurance is realized as a process integrating functions at all levels. It is a systemized attitude which analyses all interactions in the performance of the project. The project management is oriented towards the risks and aiming for assuring the quality of the results and the project implementation process itself, which causes less bureaucracy, efficient use of human resources and consequentially reduced costs.

The main objectives of the Quality Assurance are:

• The technical quality of the delivery is as planned;
• The delivery time and cost are as planned.

There will be an extra focus assuring that:
• QA activities are planned and documented for the project;
• Prepared specification covers all requirements and is ready for the development;
• Developed software meets all its functional and non-functional requirements;
• Developed software is consistent with its documentation;
• Developed software passed specified test cases;
• Review and test results are documented;
• All deliverable documentation meets standards and milestones established for the project.

The quality assurance system of JSC “NRD” is based on the quality management procedures. According to the ISO standard a lot of attention is paid to the quality verification of the product.
